During this month, more than 2,300 passionate employees volunteered more than 6,800 hours to help reduce hunger in their communities. This represents 89 projects, each organized by teams of employees, across 14 states and three countries. As a result, more than 430,000 meals were packed for those suffering from food insecurity in our communities. ABOUT COLLEEN BATCHELER Colleen Batcheler is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Conagra Brands. In this role, Colleen oversees all legal and governmental affairs activity for the company. Colleen joined Conagra Brands, formerly known as ConAgra Foods, in June 2006 as Vice President and Chief Securities Counsel and, in September 2006, added Corporate Secretary responsibilities. She was promoted to General Counsel in 2008. Prior to joining Conagra Brands, Colleen was Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Albertson’s, Inc., associate counsel with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation and an associate with the law firm of Jones Day®. Her practice has focused on securities regulation, corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Colleen serves as a member of the board of directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She is an emeritus director of Case Western Reserve University and serves on the CWRU School of Law Visiting Committee. She earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as executive notes editor of the Law Review.
