Mazzarella, also known as Kathy, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Graybar Canada Limited since June 1, 2012. Ms. Mazzarella has been the Chairman of Graybar Electric Company, Inc. since January 1, 2013. She has been Chair of Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis since April 7, 2016. She served as Deputy Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from January 1, 2016 to April 7, 2016 and has been its Director since January 2015. Ms. Mazzarella has been an Independent Director of Waste Management, Inc. since October 1, 2015. She has been a Director of Express Scripts Holding Company since June 27, 2017. Ms. Mazzarella has been a Director at Graybar Electric Company, Inc. since 2004 and serves as a Director of Graybar Electric Co Inc Voting Trust. She serves on several boards, including the St. Louis Regional Chamber, United Way of Greater St. Louis, Civic Progress, the Saint Louis Club and the NAW Institute. Ms. Mazzarella brings experience to our board in the areas of communications, logistics, marketing, supply chain, human resources and strategic planning. Ms. Mazzarella has over 13 years of service as an executive corporate officer, including five years as chief executive officer of a Fortune 500 Company. She has completed several executive education courses including the University of Michigan - Strategic Human Resources Leadership program, Harvard Business School - Board Development Series, Compensation Committee Course, Stanford/Wharton/Chicago Booth GSB - Directors Consortium and Kellogg School of Management - Women’s Senior Leadership Program.
