In 2000 Janice joined as Partner of the legacy search firm founded in 1977. In December 2017, as sole owner, she relaunched the company as Ellig Group with a new focus on Reimagining Search. Prior to her career in executive search, Janice spent 20 years in corporate America at Pfizer and Citibank and helped lead the IPO of Ambac Financial Group, where she was responsible for Human Resources, Marketing, and Real Estate. Heralded by Bloomberg Businessweek as one of “The World’s Most Influential Headhunters,” Janice is often consulted for her expertise and commitment to gender parity, and diversity and inclusion.
