Today Outfittery serves 600,000 customers, across 8 countries, who have an average basket spend of around $230. Bösch has raised $55 million to date. The businesswoman is today focused on developing its AI algorithms to inform Outfittery recommendations. Julia Bösch was previously the Head of International Business Development at Berlin’s rising fashion e-commerce site Zalando. FIRM PROFILE OUTFITTERY was founded in Berlin in 2012. In May 2019, the company merged with the Curated Shopping Group (Modomoto, among other brands). Since then, it employs around 450 employees - most of which are stylists. The company has dressed around 1 million men. It is currently active in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark and France. Where it all began...
