CEO Today Business Women Awards 2023 ITALY ABOUT GABRIELLA After graduating in electronic engineering, with a specialization in telecommunications, at Università Politecnica delle Marche, Gabriella began her career at Fiat Group in 1996, where she worked in various departments for 23 years. After serving as a UTE Quality Auditor and Technologist in the Manufacturing area, she moved to Style, as Interiors Project Manager, and then to Purchasing, in a career that led to her becoming first Senior Buyer Interiors and then head of Supplier Quality Electrical & Electronics, before being appointed Supplier Quality Director at GM FIAT Worldwide Purchasing. She worked in FCA Quality for over eight years (quality manager for segments A, B and L0) and, in her final years at FCA Group, was Head of Cost Engineering EMEA and lastly Global Head of Planning, Methods & Cost Control, with global responsibility for Target Costing, Should Cost Analysis and Value Optimization for all the Group’s vehicles.
