Andrea Euenheim is a member of the Management Board and CHRO of METRO AG. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy, supporting the METRO-business model and the strategic direction of the company, especially in the areas of cultural transformation, talent management, talent attraction, talent development, diversity and inclusion and compensation&benefits.
As CHRO, she provides strategic leadership on all human resources-related topics with a global impact. In addition, she obtains responsibility for the global areas of Corporate Public Policy, Corporate Responsibility and Digital Business.
She holds a masters degree in linguistics, sociology, psychology and business administration. Throughout her career she worked for General Electric as HR Manager before moving to Amazon Europe being responsible in her Management function for Germany, Italy, Spain and France.
